Caramiza is a listings platform that connects car buyers and sellers. The platform is not a party to any sale and does not guarantee the quality of listed vehicles or the accuracy of information provided by sellers.
3. Account
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited without good reason.
4. Listings
- All data and photos must be accurate and relate to the listed car.
- Duplicate, illegal or offensive listings are not allowed.
- Caramiza reserves the right to review, edit or remove any listing without prior notice.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud or false claims of ownership.
- Selling stolen vehicles or cars with invalid paperwork.
- Harassment or misuse of communication channels.
6. Limitation of liability
Caramiza is not liable for disputes or losses arising from transactions between users. You are advised to inspect the car and verify its paperwork before completing any purchase.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as Caramiza is a project operated by Qommah Soft Portal, a company registered in the UAE.
